Top 3 New Condo Developments in Bangkok

Q Asoke

Hudson Sathorn 7

This happens to be an ultra-modern and luxury condo development project that features a 12 storey residential tower. It is situated just 200 metres from the main South Sathorn Road, right at the centre of Bangkok’s CBD. And a walking distance from the Chong Nonsi BTS station as well as the Sathorn BRT station. It offers 49 completed units, which comprise of one, two, three bedroom apartments and penthouse suites that vary from 200 to 318 sq metres in floor space.

It is located along arguably the most exclusive road in the whole of Bangkok; Sukhumvit Road. Some of the facilities the Marque Sukhumvit offers are a fitness centre, a swimming pool that comes with a whirl pool and Jacuzzi seats, squash court, a golf simulator. A sky floating deck, a sky cigar and wine bar, a celestial garden that is located on the rooftop and a parking lot with 282 spaces.

 

The units vary from 124 to 599 sq metres in floor plan, and go from 32,000,000 baht and above on a freehold basis.

This Marque Sukhumvit condo project is still under construction, and is expected to be ready in the fourth quarter of 2016.
